This policy explains how Stadlio uses cookies and similar technologies on stadlio.com, and how you can control them.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They can be session cookies (deleted when you close the browser) or persistent cookies (stored for a set period). Similar technologies include local storage used for consent preferences.
How we use cookies
We use cookies to operate the site reliably and - only with your consent - to measure aggregated usage via Google Analytics. We do not use advertising cookies on this marketing site.
Cookie categories
Necessary cookies
They make the site work and give you what you ask for. They remember your cookie choice, your language, the currency you pick and, while you fill in the signup, the details you already entered (business name, email, city, plan) so you do not lose them if you change language. The form data stays only in the browser tab and disappears when you close it or finish signing up. They need no consent because they are strictly necessary.

Security (Google reCAPTCHA)
To protect forms from bots and abuse we use Google reCAPTCHA. It only runs when you send the contact form or reach the last step of signup. Google processes device data and your IP address to judge whether you are a person and may set its own cookie. We consider it necessary for the security of the service.
If you arrive from a Stadlio partner's link (?ref=CODE) we remember the code on your device for 30 days, to apply any discount and to credit the partner when you sign up. It contains no personal data.

Analytics cookies
With your consent we load Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymous or pseudonymous visit statistics (pages viewed, approximate location, device/browser type, traffic source), and we remember for the session where you came from (UTM, referring site) to understand which channels bring signups. None of this starts until you accept; if you withdraw consent we delete the session's origin data.

Location
We do not use GPS or the browser's geolocation. To show prices in your currency we read your device's time zone and language: this stays on your device and is not sent to anyone. With Google Analytics (only with consent) Google derives an approximate location from your IP address. When you search for your city during signup, the text you type is sent to our server and to Google Maps Platform to offer suggestions.
Google Analytics
Our Google Analytics measurement ID is G-385MGM4GL4. Google may process data in the United States or other countries. We configure Analytics with IP anonymization where available. Analytics runs only after you opt in.
You can change or withdraw consent at any time using the button below, or via Cookie settings in the footer. You can also delete cookies from your browser settings.
Retention
Your consent preference is stored locally on your device until you clear site data or update your choice. Google Analytics cookies typically last up to 24 months, subject to Google’s configuration and your browser settings.
