Website terms of use
Last updated: March 2026
These terms govern the use of the Stadlio marketing website (stadlio.com). They apply to this showcase site only, not to platform subscriptions, sales, or destination commerce contracts.
Scope
stadlio.com presents the Stadlio product for information and lead generation. Browsing the site, reading content, and submitting the contact form are covered by these terms.
Operator
The site is operated by Postiglione Services di Vincenzo Postiglione, based in Emmenbrücke, Switzerland (Stadlio brand). Contact: admin@stadlio.com.
Acceptable use
You may use the site for lawful purposes only. You must not misuse contact forms, attempt unauthorized access, scrape the site in a way that harms service, or interfere with security or availability.
Content and accuracy
Product descriptions, roadmaps, and screenshots are illustrative and may change. We aim for accuracy but do not guarantee that marketing content is complete or up to date at all times.
Intellectual property
Stadlio branding, logos, copy, and site design are protected. You may not copy, reuse, or redistribute them without prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing of the site.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Swiss law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this marketing website, temporary unavailability, or reliance on informational content alone.
Platform and commercial terms
Access to the Stadlio platform, onboarding, pricing, SLAs, and destination commerce services are governed by separate agreements. Those commercial terms may later be published on this same domain or linked from it; until then, they are provided in a dedicated contract when you engage with us.
Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Courts at the seat of the operator have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
