Beaches & rooftops

Fill every beach spot and rooftop table before guests arrive

Beach clubs and rooftop venues publish their spots and menus, and guests book a place for the day or the evening. Venues manage everything from their own portal.

The problem

The best places are booked by message, if at all

Guests turn up hoping for a spot, and venues juggle chats, paper notebooks and phone calls. The destination has no view of availability and loses the booking to whoever answers first.

How it works

From setup to going live in three steps

  1. 1

The venue is listed or claimed

The destination adds a beach club or rooftop venue, or the owner claims it and is approved. Each venue gets a public page with details, photos and a menu.

  2. 2

Spots and menu are set up

The venue defines its bookable spots with capacity, zone and daily price, and builds a menu with sections and items.

  3. 3

    Guests check availability and book

A booking widget on the venue page shows availability and takes the booking. The guest sees it in their profile, and can review the venue after a completed visit.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

What can a venue sell?+

Can any business claim a venue?+

Owners can claim a venue, and the destination reviews and approves the claim before they get access.

Can guests leave a review?+

Yes, but only after a completed booking, so reviews come from real visits.

Do venues need technical skills?+

No. Venue owners work in a simple portal to manage spots, menu and bookings.
